Payment Options

I accept cash or check due at the time of service. I am in network with a number of insurance companies, including Medicare.

Most insurance companies cover a portion of treatment costs after a deductible is met, whether I am in or out of network.

I can submit the claims for you or give you a receipt that you can submit yourself.
